Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders arrive 10-15 days after placing an order. After entering a correct email address, you will receive production updates and tracking information automatically from Shopify.

We primarily ship via UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery. USPS is used only for specific exceptions, such as PO Box addresses. Please note that USPS can experience significant transit delays, so we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes for orders shipped through them.

A: No. 10 days (often less) is an awesome time frame for a custom hand-sewn product. Unique products take time!

Q: How should I care for my garment?

A: Care instructions are included inside every garment. In general, we recommend washing with cold or warm water and drying on low heat to minimize shrinkage.

Q: What brand of sweaters do you use?

A: Our own! All sweaters are custom-designed and produced by W.E. Lusain.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

Q: Can I visit your shop in person?

A: NO. We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical storefront.
