B - Bulk Order Deposit

How It Works

There are no minimum quantities for Bulk Orders because we sew each one by hand and there are no discounts. The price you see on our website for personalized sweaters is the price you pay, so the quote is simple:

$195 EACH - Sweaters with two sleeves, two front panels, and NO BACK (Chapter, Crossing Season, Crossing Year, Shield, and Line Number) which includes shipping to each customer.

$245 Each - Everything above with Line Number and Script Patch on the BACK.

$25 DEPOSIT - The deposit is to create a mockup for your approval and the creation of a custom link for each member to purchase their sweater and have it delivered to their house before your event. This makes each member responsible for choosing the right size, paying for their own sweater, and having it in time for the event.

Custom patches

Custom Patches require a minimum order of 25 garments and $300 refundable deposit. The price of the custom patch and garments are the exact same prices above BUT require an 8 week lead time.  

Before a mockup or proof of the chenille patch is generated, a deposit of $300 must be received. After the purchase of 25 garments this deposit is refunded.

If you would like to move forward, email your design to welusain360@gmail.com to determine if it will work as a Chenille patch. Please note, some designs will need to be altered depending upon the size and details of the patch. We do not provide design services, if your design can not be converted into one of our chenille patches, the deposit will be refunded and your custom patch order canceled.
