Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

 

A: Orders arrive 10 days (15 days in Dec and Jan) of placing the order. After entering a correct email address, you will receive production updates and tracking information.

 

Q: Where do you ship from?

 

A: Birmingham, AL

 

Q: Can I rush my order?

 

A: No. 10 days (often less) is an awesome time frame for a custom hand-sewn product. Unique products take time!

 

Q: How should I care for my garment?

 

A: Care instructions are included inside every garment. In general, we recommend washing with cold or warm water and drying on low heat to minimize shrinkage.

 

Q: What brand sweaters do you use?

 

A: Our own! All sweaters are custom-designed and produced by W.E. Lusain.

 

Q: Do you take custom orders?

 

A: NO. We do not offer embroidery. We only offer the designs and variations that you see on our website.

 

Q: Can I visit your shop in person?

 

A: NO. We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical storefront.
