On your computer, go to WELusain.com (DO NOT USE Instagram OR Facebook SHOP) and fill out the 10 sections with your patch requests. Choose patches from any collections (Greek, HBCU, or both) on our website. You may select up to 15 patches. You are limited to only the patches found on our website. We do not offer embroidery of special names or characters. If you want special patches that are not found on our website, you must produce them using a 3rd party vendor and mail them with your order number.
Pay your nonrefundable deposit of $300, and reserve your production slot.
Mail your Blazer (and Order Number) to: W.E. Lusain, 629 Goldwire Way SW, Birmingham, AL 35211. Be sure to try on your blazer before sending.
After your blazer and information is received, you will receive 1 Phone Consultation and up to 3 Proofs and Edits via Email. After approval of the final edit, you will receive an EMAIL INVOICE of the balance of $495. After these conditions are met, please allow 15 days to receive your blazer via UPS Signature Receipt.
Please note: We can only keep 10 open slots to provide this unique service. If you are unable to follow our instructions, your deposit will NOT be refunded and your blazer will be returned unsewn.
